Moondance Inn, Red Wing

The house is a beautiful historic building that the owners have restored and decorated beautifully. We stayed for only an overnight, but the hosts were great fun to socialize with and the food was amazing! Rooms are very warm and inviting. I could have stayed in that bed forever - very comfortable! Very nice place to relax and relieve tensions of the busy week!

My wife and I were skeptical about our first visit to a B&B but found it to be quite a pleasant experience. We felt right at home for our entire stay and the food was amazing! From the traditional Irish feast to the best breakfast ham/french toast I ever ate, it was simply wonderful. The architecture is incredible and it was great to see so much era-specific fixtures and furniture. All the rooms are themed and feature a hot tub and bathroom which was great. We'll certainly being staying here again next time we're in Red Wing.

We stayed at the Moondance for a nice getaway. The inn was beautiful and comfortable. The big whirl pool and huge bed were luxurious. Very relaxing. Just what we needed.

moondance was our first experience with a bed and breakfast and the owners made us very comfortable. it was very casual and we felt very at home in the place. we did find some rather large and lacy underwear behind the headboard when we checked in, which was a little weird...

awe love our stay here. We stayed two nights in August 2007. The house is beautiful and the innkeeper was very friendly and helpful. Just a great place to stay.
