Quaint Cottage that met our needs
My family and I stayed at the cottage for three nights and it was perfect for a short weekend.
The pros: It was reasonably priced for the size and amenities, it was cozy and very clean, we had the option of using the Refuge Inn's pool, gym, and continental breakfast, the kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals (pots pans, serving dishes, baking dishes measuring cups/spoons, even stuff for steaming and eating crabs), and the best part was that we got to see the ponies! they came right up to the deck and we were able to feed them fruit, which was a lot of fun.
The cons: No local tv channels, Normally it wouldn't have been a problem but unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there and my husband, father and brother desperately wanted to watch football and the tv package in the cottage doesn't include the local channels i.e. abc,nbc etc. there is HBO though. I personally didn't mind this but the men were pretty disappointed.
Also it is a little far from town which could be a good or a bad thing depending on what you are looking for.
All that to say I would certainly recommend this cottage to a friend, our stay was very enjoyable, and if we decide to vacation on the island again we will certainly look into staying at the Baywatch Cottage.
