Never Again

If you look for a quiet room, go elsewhere. This hotel is right next to the Embarcadero highway. They even put "white noise" machines in the room to block the din. The rooms are small with little room for storage. Room service is expensive ($19 for just a pot of coffee, including mandatory tip, service charge and tax). I was charged for an item I never purchased, and found the staff unhelpful. The neighborhood is pretty dull, and basically dead on the weekends.
They're trying to be trendy with sometimes comical results. Even when the outdoor bar was empty (2 guys in chinos having a beer), there were 3 guys in dark suits wearing ear pieces standing around trying to look like "security" or something.
SF has tons of great places, and you could do better, especially considering how expensive this place is.
