Honeymooner's delight

My wife and I honeymooned at the Edgewood Plantation 15 years ago and just had to return one day. That day came last week and the visit was even better than the first! Dot and Julian are top notch B & B innkeepers and treated us and the other guests with such special and personal care. We can hardly wait until another chance comes to be able to visit and even stay longer. This home is an antique lover's delight thanks to Dot's creativity with display. Thank you Dot & Julian for your hospitality and sharing your home!

Gracious Southern Hospitality!

Edgewood Plantation is a most beautiful escape back in time when hospitality and charm was a way of life. The beautiful grounds and the magnificent antiques were a sight to behold. My husband and I spent 2 nights in the "slave quarters" and felt like we totally had slipped back in time. The sound of the trees swaying and the fragrant flowers will stay with us for many days after returning to our home. We look forward to staying at Edgewood again and would recommend this Inn to anyone who wants to experience Gracious Southern Hospitality.

If you love antiques, do not miss this Bed and Breakfast!!!

On our way to Florida, someone suggested that we try this B & B. We loved it and stayed there again on our way home. Dot and Julian, the innkeepers, are so cordial to open their home. The breakfasts are delicious and served in an elegant dining room on vintage china...We stayed in the Jeb Stuart Room, which was decorated with its own Christmas tree, during the Holiday Season. There was a huge queen size sleigh bed and private bath, and appropriately decorated with beautiful antiques. We also stayed in Lizzie's room, on our way back, in a kingsize comfortable bed, with a private bath with double showers, also decorated with incredible antiques. If you want to feel like you have stepped back in time, and have a love for older homes and antiques, then this is an Inn that should not be missed.
