Liked nothing but the location!! Room dirty and you could see the hall from the crack in the door!!!

I was traveling with a "ghost hunting" group of 5 mature women. When we arrived we were told about their no tolerance noise policy after 10pm. We hadn't intended to be noisy so this policy was fine by us except that we jokingly asked what were the consequences and the front desk lady snapped at us saying they would promptly kick us out! Overall, the hotel was very quaint but we got a sour taste in our mouths about the employees' attitudes. We felt very unwelcome. Regarding ghost, this place was very creepy. I've been on ghost trips before but this was the only hotel I actually had a bad vibe from. Unwelcome in all ways...by the staff AND the spirits :)

well its been about 4 years ago now we couldn't sleep sprits were walking up and down the hall all nite long next morning i said you sure had a lot of people here last nite front desk said no and laughted and i said oh no goasts. he didn't have to say any more and i,m going back period and the beds were lumpy

The room was ok. My daughter and I liked it better than our husbands did. The location was great, but there was so much noise made all night we could not sleep. Our son in law finally had to get up and go out and ask the people to please be quiet..They didn't right away. One was an employee !! I also thought management was very rude..

The town and the people are wonderful! If you are looking for a romantic get away, a weekend with friends, or a family vacation, go to Jefferson! The place is full of history, activities, and yes, even ghosts! The Jefferson Hotel lived up to it's reputation, and the manager, Lindsay is awesome! The entire staff does their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. If you have ever wondered what is was like to step back in time, you can get a first hand experience. The brick paved streets are lined with historic buildings, horse drawn carriages, complete with a steam boat on the river! If you are feeling lucky, keep in mind that Shreveport is just 39 mles up the road!
