Inn of New Iberia, New Iberia

When we got there to the front desk the people were very rude..We went there their was trash all over..When we got into our room it was very nasty it stuck the air conditioner didnt work.so we went to the front desk and complained and no one bothered to help us so i ask for a refund and they didnt give us one i was so mad.We ended up satying there because i didnt want to waste my money..So we sleeped there and in the middle of the night someone kept knocking on our door and runing and i called the front desk and they didnt even do nothing i was so scared because im a single mom and i was with my two kids i didnt no what to do the people kept calling my room and harrasing me.I called my brother who lived all the way in lafayette to come get me.This is a very dangerous place and full of drug heads i would advize you not to go here..

I went to the hotels down Center St and they were so high and then i found this place and for the price i paid i had a great time. The people were great and the rooms were very nice. I would be so glad to take my family there anytime. I feel so save there, they have a guy that walks around watching things to make sure nobody is bothered. Its a really nice and safe place to be.

there is nothing to like the people were very mean and rude there is no blow dryer and the room are filled with mold and the air conditioner didn't even work we were sweating the whole night.We had also paid for two nights and we didn't even go the second night and they wouldn't gives us are money back!!They watch every move u make and there is full of bad influence.. I would never go back!!

I checked in the hotel around 9 am, the desk clerk was there with a smile greeting me as i came up to the counter. i then told her that i had my sick aunt with me that i needed to be in a quiet place close by she then told me that would not be a problem. once i got into the room, it was just like i was inside my home. the room are so much like home. they have put new things inside the rooms since i have stayed before. any time i am in new iberia, this motel would be the best place to call my home from home. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I checked in around 7:30 am and i seen they had a sign check in at 3:00 pm , well the little lady at the front desk was so nice, she told me that i could still check in and stay till the next day. Then after she checked me in i went to my room, it was 137, and for the price she gave me, that room was very nice, i could have went and paid 20.00 more at other hotels, but this room was just as nice as the more expestive rooms. People wake up, Inn Of Iberia is just as nice as the more expestive hotels.

i was in my room fro about 45 min.my flight got cancelled, the front door was locked had to talked through a slot in the window.she would bot refunfd my money.she said if your in the room more than 15 min.u dont get a refund i asked to see that policy she said she didn't have one all the while with a very loud voice at me.you cant even unpack in 15 min.the icebox didn;t work either never messed up a thing in the room.

I sleep there and i love some of the poeple the clark and nice to you

I ARRIVED THERE ABOUT 6:00 AM AND THE CLERK THERE SAID THERE CHECK IN TIME WAS AT 3:00PM, THAN SHE SAID WELL LOOK WE HAVE SOME ROOMS SO WHY NOT. ONCE I CHECK IN I STAYED THERE A FEW WEEKS DOING SOME WORK AND THE SERVICE AND EVEN THE OWNERS WERE VERY NICE ABOUT EVERYTHING. IF THERE WAS SOMETHING THAT I NEEDED THEY WERE THERE TO HELP ME OUT. THE MANAGER, I THINK HER NAME IS AMY, SHE IS WOUNDERFULL FOR THAT PLACE, SHE WAS VERY SWEET, SHE LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY WERE UGLY TO HER, SHE TRIED HER BEST TO MAKE SURE THERE STAY THERE WAS PLESANT. OTHER MOTELS I STAYED AT NEEDS A MANAGER LIKE AMY. OVER ALL I WOULD RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO GO TO THE INN OF IBERIA.

My company paid for me to stay in this little motel for a few nights to get out of the weather and flooding of another area. Some others in the company stayed at more reputable hotels/motels. A co-worker of mine was given a room with beer cans and cigarettes still all over in the room and was finally moved to another room. The overall cleanliness leaves much to be wanted. I was lucky because I brought my own can of lysol and febreeze. Internet is only available in the lobby and in the building closest to the lobby. All others are out of luck. The shower has mildew growing in the grout of the tile and the drain could use some Liquid Plumber. Overall customer service is mediocre at best but people at the front didn't seem overly helpful in answering questions since I was taking time away from watching TV. The only way I'd stay here again is if I had no other option in the area, but I wouldn't spend my money here. I'd look for something a little nicer.

The location and the service is very good.They have alot of places near by that is in walking distance. And I can't wait to go back over there with my family.Because it feels like a home away from home.
