Hedrick Exotic Animal Farm, Nickerson

We stay at Hedrick Exotic Animal Farm over the Thanksgiving break. When we got there we saw camels, zebras, ostriches, kangaroos, and giraffes before we even got out of our car. We pulled up the Old West fronteir building and we were greeted by the cutest little goat! We went inside the Bed and Breakfast where we met the inkeeper and were completely astonished by the beautifully decorated room. We staying the camel suite with it's exotic rugs and wall murals. The next morning after a fantastic breakfast, we went on a tour of the farm where we got up close and personal with all the animals. The kangaroos eat right out of you hand. Then the giraffes will take a carrot right out of your mouth! We had more fun here than we could ever have at a zoo. To top it all off, after the tour we got camel rides and the small kids got pony rides! What a wonderful place to spend time with you family and loved ones! I strongly recommend Hedrick Exotic Animal Farm.
