A warm welcome awaits you at this beautiful 18th century farmhouse, in a lovely, secluded setting on the edge of the New Forest. Located some seven miles from Southampton, there is a nearby ferry link for those wishing to visit the famous Boat Show . Some of the rooms are en suite and ground floor rooms are available. All the bedrooms have television and tea-/coffee-making facilities and there is a residents' lounge. Evening meals are also available. This farm house has been awarded 2 diamonds.

Lovely cute farm house!

We arrived at a gorgeous old farmhouse and received an extremely warm welcome. It was warm and cosy, even in the cold of winter. The room was small but perfectly formed. Very quaint and the view was lovely onto horses and fields! The bed was comfortable and the en suite very clean and tidy. It is located near to some very gorgeous villages and towns and was perfect for exploring the New Forest, as well as being close to the sea! The breakfast was all made to order and everything was on offer! I would recommend it to anyone thinkin of going to the New Forest and would love to go back again!
