Quality Inn Helen, Helen

Our room was very clean, although rooms need updating. Its in one of the best locations because you can easily walk to all venues. Have some German beer and not drive!! Breakfast was good with hot eggs and biscuits ,cereal, fruit,danish , so forth. Hotel staff is A+ This hotel is a good value for the money. Helen is a quaint little town right in the middle of beautiful scenery. Clear mountain river right threw the center of town. Many people tubing , Tube rentals are only $5 best value I have ever seen . Free picnic areas all along the river complete with swings to seat and watch the tubing. A beautiful state park within a few minutes drive. 5 waterfalls within 30 minutes. Beautiful park inside town. Octoberfest is great fun and suitab; for both adults and children. My teen granddaughters loved it.Handicap friendly.

the motel is a 2 minute walk to the heart of town. the motel is super clean, large rooms, the staff is well manored. VERY QUIET STREET. close to everything you want to do. we had a blast!!!!!!!

The staff is great...the manger told us places to shop, eat and things to do. We weren't in the room much at all. All the places she picked were #1 in my book. Food was great, she really knows the town and can assist you in all your needs. Housekeepers are so sweet and polite. Totally cleaned our room everyday. Not just the basic touchup, I mean cleaned the tub too everyday. The location is perfect, we never had to drive unless we left the town. The rooms are very clean, the beds...oh let me tell you...never slept so good! There was a frig, microwave, and coffee pot in the room. Even a hair dryer. The hotel offers a free breakfast, it was nice, Manager said they are going to have a hot breakfast soon. The hotel is pet friendly, I don't mean just the fact they allow pets. This is a true pet friendly hotel, I mean all the staff seemed to know every pet's name, plus you get a lil gift for your pet at check in. The hotel really felt like home to us. For the price and the excellent service, I know where I will stay in Helen each year.

The rooms are clean, staff great, great location. The hotel is downtown in an Alpine Village. It is close to everything in town. You can park you car and drive everywhere. The bed are so comfy!
