POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I didn't even have to visit. On the phone, on the 26th Nov. 2009 whoever was working at the front desk or reservations was quite unwelcoming. Being a doctor who works in the area, I told her I was getting married and I needed a double occupancy room, told her I had 2 other girls in my party apart from myself, she interpreted as if I said 4, I told her I needed just one room she kept on pressing that I cannot fit 3 persons in a double occupancy room, with her audacity,which was not what I intended. As a bride-to-be, and a Jamaican, I felt quite quite unwelcomed. So I took my business to Mandeville hotel which were more customer friendly. Please change that front desk staff. You lost many customers as I have friends coming from Grenada and Guyana who would have stayed there.......
