I want to express our disatisfaction regarding the night 25Dec in room 219!! After promising us a great room and hotel - we sadly found out that you completely lied: 1.I had to clean dirt from the WC; 2. sheets were not proper; 3. we had a hole in the bathroom and could see the pipelines; 4. I had to wash the shower from hair of someone else. 5. The next morning - we ate the poorest breakfast... And we paid 560 shekels!!! You cannot even pleage this was a student guesthouse - that by the way, we stayed in many - much cleaner and nicer! Just FYI - on YMCA a room with the greatest buffet breakfast is 600shekels. Please know that you fully influenced negatively our weekend - we thought we were going to get spoiled in your hotel. My mother always said - when you pay less you get less - well in your hotel, you pay more and get less!

The staff is friendly, the location quiet and central, the rooms are clean and fresh, and the good breakfast is served by a pleasant cook in a well-lit room with a view. Recommended for goos value for money.
