excellent hotel ,good service, good food ,big rooms ,and great clubfloor and professional staff

Great location. Staff is sub par at best. Rooms need a major overhaul. Problem with roaches at last visit. Hotel needs new management to make it the hotel it once used too be.

The hotel was great. even though it's rated as a 4 star hotel, it's more like a 5 star. everything is very convient. Downstairs is the mall so it's a very short trip if you need to drop off anything that you bought. The location is great, it's less than 5 minutes walking to the ferry. If you really want to get great deals I don't recommend shopping in the mall downstairs. The rooms are big & clean. The water pressure for the shower is very strong. If you are only going to be using the room to shower and sleep at night, but will be out during the day, then I think that the hotel is a bit pricey. The time that I stayed there, I found out that there was some HUGE soccer (football) tournament and there was a big convention going on that was equivlent to the CES show in the US, that's why all the hotels at the time were expensive.
