Loved it.

March 22-25, 2008.
We have three kids (13, 11 & 10) and booked it because it was the only resort on Moorea that has a room for five people. All five of us loved it. There was a shack across the street where we could rent cars and bicycles, and a small town up the street to purchase snacks.
The pool is right on the beach. We spent more time in the pool than in the ocean because the water isn't as clear as it is on Bora Bora. But they had kayaks and snorkeling equipment available at no charge. There were also small powerboats for rent.
It is a family-friendly resort, and my kids had fun playing with kids from all over the world. We met people from Europe, South America, Australia, New Zealand, as well as from North America.
We stayed in one of the rooms with a loft. The overwater bungalows (OWB) and the private garden rooms seemed to be more for couples. You could swim from the deck of the OWBs, but most had coral below them instead of sand. Great for attracting fish and sea creatures, not so great for diving.
The staff was pretty good. They will help you book excursions and tours. The food was good, especially breakfast. They had a wide variety of food to please any culture -- especially Americans and European.
One activity that we really enjoyed is the sunset from the end of the dock. Many guests gathered there every night to watch and/or videotape the sunset.
I would highly recommend this resort.
