i couldnt have asked for any more. great location, great staff and a wonderful clean room. I will definitly be going back to this motel!! i recommend you all to do the same!!

it is cheap, BUT: the room smells bad, the carpet is dirty, there is no phone, there is no heardryer, the air conditionning unit is bad and noisy. I DON'T RECOMMAND THIS PLACE AT ALL and I don't recommand their breakfast place.

The location was nice, just a very short walk to Clifton Hill & the falls. As for the room, the carpet needed a good shampooing, the rest of the room seemed to be OK. It was an older hotel. All hotels price gouge you in the summer & weekends, this one is no exception. I won't stay there again.

Great location and value. Rooms are very clean, but plain, no phones. Don't miss the breakfast at the hotel, again great value. Lot's to do in the Clifton Hills area at night. Falls is a two block walk, can not be seen from the hotel.

We prefer 60's/70's-style motels because of their no-nonsense simplicity and affordability, and this fits the bill. Free parking, A/C, cable TV, no telephone. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's been owned and run by the same family for decades. This location is right in the middle of the action, but you're not THAT CLOSE to the falls as it appears on the map (follow the streets - I incorrectly assumed that one could cut across yards). It's about a 5-10 minute walk. No free coffee or "continental breakfast". We would stay there again. We chose the cheap rooms, so we have no idea about the honeymoon-jacuzzi room.

I love the location of this place; so close to Clifton Hill, yet far enough for some peace and quiet if you need it. It's always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I would like them to change is the ice machine location. They need it inside for the restaurant, but I really think they should also buy one for outside. It's inconvenient having to bother the staff for ice each time. We love this motel, and almost always stay there.

This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location. The breakfast there was great and fairly priced. We couldn't have asked for more.

it was everything i needed in a motel.. the location was super and the price was even better =) very very very impressed! and i sugessed this place to everyone who is considering it..

great great!!!! me and my wife LOVED it... this motel was a 12 out of 10 in my books!!! i kid you not.. it doesent look that good on the computer but it's great in person!! check it out!

this place whas everything i ever wanted... it's close to everything and the breakfast was outsatanding!! price wise and even better in the taste!! i would definitly stay in here again.....
