Hotasa Club Eurocalas, Manacor

This place was a total disaster - we just returned and will never be back. Arrived at night - no booking - they had made a mistake with our name - wrong spelling!! Ended up sharing a room with my mother - with two single beds. Nothing to eat!! When you want a drink everyone has to go up and get there's separately - even though its all inclusive The place was dirty and disgusting - food cold and staff rude. We were told for three days running that we would get another room - we ended up not unpacking for a week. and never got another room. Reception staff were unhelpful, rude and kept promising things which never happened. Terrible experience and I would beg you not to go there..
