A very good B&B!
We visited in September 2008. We do not speak French, but both hosts were exceptionally friendly fully bi-lingual and made sure we (and the other guests) had a good stay. It is in an older building though, so the floors are a bit creaky and its ok if you are in the suite at the top. However if you are in the other rooms (mid-level of the house), you can hear the people walking around upstairs, for light sleepers this might be a problem, for us it was fine. Of course if the other guests are reasonable they will try to be quiet and you will have an even better stay! If you keep your expectations held in reason (with the only caveat being the behavior of the guests in the suite), the stay here can be wonderful!
We had a basic choice of a continental breakfast with the option of eggs done any way (and we even tried a rather unreasonable request - and the eggs were indeed cooked to perfection) or alternatively something else that is cooked (fabulous crepes with fresh seasonal fruit and custard one day, french toast the other, and waffles the third). I personally would return here - I did not feel that we were constrained in any way - both hosts were extraordinarily friendly and cheerful and helped us enjoy Quebec quite nicely!
All I can say is I have been to better and to worse - and this one is among the better ones (due principally to Madam's helpfulness and friendliness).
