It is great location in middle of nowhere on I-10, Great beds and clean property, After discussing with front desk they have a T1 line from AT & T and also cable for internet service wifi and good connectivity with 6 Mbytes upload and 4.5 Mbytes download.

Stayed here for 3 weeks on business. The Hotel was clean and the room was nice. However, I only stayed in one of the corner suites. Room 324 and 224 are very large rooms. Felt like the linens were fine and clean. The hotel staff was okay I guess but a little lazy and I didn't feel like they cared about my needs as a customer. HOWEVER, the reason for this bad review is mostly because like I said I have been here for 3 weeks on business and during my entire stay the internet has had problems. The wifi is terrible and when you plug your computer into the wall outlets they have in the room there is NO improvement. It feels like I have spent more time arguing and complaining with hotel staff and on the phone with AT&T trying to fix the internet at this hotel than I have actually working. The internet is slower than dial up. I tested the wifi on my iphone and it tests at 100-300 KBPS and on my computer the test comes out the same. That is Kilo bytes not mega bytes. I have turned in 6 or 7 help tickets with AT&T to get this fixed but still as of today there is no change in internet speed. 30 minutes to download a 5 minute youtube video. Ridiculous!!!! And the hotel owners and staff do not seem to be bothered by this one bit. FYI to the owners and hotel staff: I (the customer) should not be told to just call this number and that there is nothing you can do about it and make me have to get on the phone and call AT&T to get your internet fixed. That is your job not mine. This should be your problem and you have made it my problem and I do not appreciate that at all. I am done with this hotel. You are making Hilton Hotels look like crap. Fix your crap internet, make me happy and I will remove this review, If you even care!!!!! The internet issue makes my entire stay terrible. And for those people who think that it's probably because they are in the middle of nowhere that they have bad internet you are wrong. There are several comparably sized hotels in the area who have over 4 or 5 MBPS internet wifi so I know it is completely possible to get high-speed internet our here.

My husband, newborn, and I stopped here on our way from Louisiana to California and were pleasantly surprised at how nice a hotel this is, especially being right off the interstate (the reason we chose it to begin with). I worked at a 4-star hotel and am very picky when it comes to rooms. We felt super comfortable, and it was the perfect little treat that we needed on such a long drive. We woke up the next morning refreshed after sleeping on the SUPER comfy bed, ready to face the rest of our trip rather than dreading getting back on the road.

I chose this hotel to stay at on a road trip to Houston with my three year old daughter because of it's local to the interstate (right on it). I enjoyed it so much that we planned our return trip around it. The staff was extraordinary and the room was outstanding. Very clean and super comfortable. Both stays were fantastic, safe, affordable and actually quite relaxing.
