Hotel Alloggi Agli Artisti, Venice

Brand new hotel in a perfect position: only 150 meters away from the main central Venice railway station (Santa Lucia). Rooms are very bright and lie on 4 floors (no lift), but we just opened three new rooms on the ground floor (only 5 stairsteps) for people who have some problems in moving upstairs (this three rooms have bathroom ensuite). They are all very well equipped and our guest can choose between rooms with bathroom ensuite (with hairdryer), and rooms with sharing bathroom on the floor (cheaper). Anyhow, every room has tv color (we are also buying a new satellite), airconditioning/heating, telephone (with the possibility to call outside), alarm service, selfcare stuffs, balcony with flowers on reguest (view on a typical venecian Calle). We also installed a wireless lan system which is currenlty not yet activated, but that will become a value added service starting from June 2005). Our breakfast room has been opened on May the 12th, and it's also a wonderful living room with a small bar which works all day long. In the area where the hotel is located there are many important and historical buildings, churches, museums such as Palazzo Labia, Ca' Savorgnan and its park now public garden, the church of S.Maria di Nazareth or Degli Scalzi, Ss.Geremia e Lucia where is preserved the body of S.Lucia, the Jewish museum and the synagogues). For the lovers of night-life nearby the hotel there's a discotheque in this area begins the most important street that crosses with different names, the whole city (Lista di Spagna, Rio Tera' S.Leonardo, Strada Nova ecc...)noisy and picturesque. In the hotel the guest will be received with kindness in an informal way but with professionalism. English, French, German and Spanish.
