Acquarello Swiss Q Hotel, Lugano

I have been to several 3 star hotels in Switzerland and compared to other 3 star hotels Aquarelo Hotel is only a 1 star hotel.It is noisy - the funicular runs every 5 minutes from 6 am until midnight and you can hear the noise in any room. Fell the trembling as well. Every room/place is tight, poorly decorated, no convenience kit in the bathroom, and service basicaly doesn�t exist - and it really doesn�t exist from 11 pm to 7 am - you get the hotel front door key when you check in. Breakfast is poor and the central heating is turned off in the corridors and even in your room,when it is cleaned. Finally: too much expensive for its quality. It shouldn�t be a member of the Swiss Quality Hotel Group. It is a devaluation for the entire group.
