Good luck trying to get a reservation!

I tried to book 13 rooms at this hotel but the person who took care of the bookings was out marketing the hotel in a turkey suit and was too busy to take care of a customer. I made 4 long distance calls one of which was a repeat since I was hung up on...finally, I was told no one else could help me. I could not even find out if there was availablity. When the "group" sales person did call back she was angry at my impatience and told me she would have to get back to me tomorrow! Two suggestion, cross train your personnel and focus on some customer service!!
