Holiday Inn Express Suites Memorial, Houston

Check in took less than 2 minutes. The room was clean (we got the whirlpool room), roomy, internet access which worked great - we had no problem, they even provided us with a network cable, had plenty of towels, microwave, fridge, lots of hot water (even had great water pressure for an invigorating shower). The staff was very nice. They have a Blue Bell Ice Cream machine on the 7th floor (yum). The only negative was a street light outside kept the room lit all night. No restaurant, but a Jack in the Box is just next door & the food was good there. There is also a bar next door to the hotel that serves sandwiches we were told. I would highly recommend the hotel & if I ever need to stay on the west side of Houston again I will definately check in..
