Relaxing getaway!

Loved: Quiet, serene and isolated yet beautiful setting (mountains all around). Not tons of corporate business in the town - great to see some areas still have thriving local businesses and resturants. Pool looks brand new and hot tub is huge. Recommend to those for: casino - duh(its way cheaper and just as nice), an outdoors weekend without having to camp (marina in onoville, state park, rock city, mtn bike trails, skiing etc) Do not recommend to those for: shopping (only antique malls, amish goods and native goods). If you need a mall, tons of attractions for young children with short attention spans, a tgi fridays, a bar crawl or local club scene for your vacation this is not the place to go.

THE staff treat you with respect. they don t kick you out in the morning. my husband and I had a free night at the casino the next morning but we stayed here for another night because they treat you like a humen not a number,

Excellent Customer Service!

Holiday Inn Express Suites in Salamanca NY is a great place to stay. Clean, great service, very nice pool and spa... Continental breakfast was good--those ladies MOVE!! We had a great time and cannot wait to go back!

AWESOME!!

This hotel is a very nice, comfortable hotel, staff is very friendly, the pool and Hot tub are open late, And best of all!! is the complimentary breakfast. when we were there last we were told there would be an omlet station, we are so looking forward to this!. the pillows are marked firm or soft, and the shower! oh wow, you could stay in there a long time with the extra room in the shower and the different heads on the shower. we are going back soon , can't wait!

What a great hotel. Friendly staff, 24 hour shuttle service to and from the casino (provided by the casino past 9 PM). Very modern and clean rooms. Highly recommended.

High Priced - 2 people for $150

Could care less if we stayed. Broken furniture with a smell. Very high price for the area. Is it just because the casino is so close?

We Just Love It!!

Love It, Love It, Love It! The staff is very friendly! Rooms are great! and are very clean! We are always greeted with open arms, they can't do enough for you. The pool and hot tub are great. Breakfast is perfect and the surroundings are decorated so lovely. Our family and friends stay only at the Holiday Inn Express. Thanks Holiday Inn for another memorable weekend. The Preto Family

Liked the friendliness that came with the service. It was our first trip to Salmanca.Having the availability to make our own coffee before going in for breakfast was great. The complimentary breakfast was more than enough. A very nicely decorated entrance to the hotel. Thanks, Holiday Inn.We are coming back!!
