Weststar Resort Hotel & Casino, Jackpot

The hotel was a very clean environment. When I checked in the attendant was very nice. They even gave my doggy a little treat. They had a really nice small casino too. After I checked out i also found out about their new website. Check it out if you haven't been there before.

They were extremely rude when I had to cancel a night and the manager told me everyone lies. I will never go back or suggest anyone else goes there.

The place had a casino that was great on food and you could'nt beat the happy hour A great place for a bunch riders from out of town....I guess everyone is from out of town there.

I do not even know where to begin. First I had ordered a Mini Suite but instead they gave me a 2 Queen Bed, I ordered Smoking and was given Non Smoking, and they still charged me for the price of a Suite! Not only that but when I was checking in they told the person behind me they were booked, but the next person came in and got a room, for less than I had paid! What a ripp off! Also their website said they had a swimming pool, and when I asked they told me no pool. In addition to all that I asked them to call the shuttle for me to goto the Casino and they told me they had a casino and I should try it. I latter found out from the bartender they are seperate instutions. To top it all off they said they had internet over the phone but once there said no internet.

well when i checked in the envirnment was great. the rooms were also very clean.i also had free breakfast. the casino was great too. loved it.

We were there two years ago and loved the friendly service,and the pastrami sandwiches. It was a nice change from the bigger casinos although we do spend alot of time in those. It was nice to go back to our hotel and feel like you were getting away from all of the noise. We are going back for Labor Day! Grandmas 69th Bday. hope to see you there.

Loved the service and the slots are always fun!!!!! We come here very often and Love the "small town" feel. Thank You for all the Good Times!!!!
