Nightmare experience

We booked for 2 nights. 10 days apart. The first night we were unable to gain access despite inputting our res. number as requested into the automated system outside.
The second night upon retiting we discovered that the sheets had not been changed. One of the beds was soaking wet with urine. No one on reception.
Our complaint was ignored by both the hotel and Louvre hotel group. After many phone calls and emails from us they agreed to refund for 1st night but not second night as we had used the bathroom!
Refund not received 3 weeks after being agreed. Emails requesting refund now being ignored.
These experiences really cast a shadow on our holiday.
