The Embassy is two blocks from Palisades Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It dates back to the time when Santa Monica was the last railway stop on the Los Angeles train. Families came from surrounding areas to enjoy the sunshine and beach activities along with hunting and hiking in the nearby Santa Monica Mountains. Constructed in 1927, the Embassy is an outstanding example of Moorish-influenced Mediterranean design. All suites are individually furnished to best take advantage of large windows and unique floor plans. Since we offer fully furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments with kitchens as well as lovely single rooms with baths, the Embassy can meet the needs of a wide variety of travelers. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping opportunities abound, with fashionable Montana Avenue and the Third Street Promenade a short distance away. Every Wednesday and Saturday the nearby Farmer's Market offers fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers and more. Property Information by Travelocity |
