Comfort Suites Brenham, Brenham

I stayed here for a week on a business trip. Nice clean room with friendly staff and also very close to restaurants and grocerystore.

This place was nice and the new bedding was comfortable. However, when I ask the rate of a hotel room and I ask "Is that including tax?" and they say yes, I don't expect to get a bill for much higher when I check out. I was outraged, and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. Also, I was really looking forward to the breakfast and in all complete honesty, it was the worst breakfast I've ever had. The scrambled eggs tasted incredibly weird, like cornmeal. They could not have been real eggs...just thinking about them now actually makes me sick. The sausage must have been fake too. Too bad the donuts were dry and hard. I've had much better breakfasts at $30/night hotels. Don't stay here if you don't want to be lied to about room rates and don't want food poisoning.
