Problem with room

The convenience of the room to areas in town was terriffic but the rooms themselfs were not kept very nice. The suite I stayed in was a king....the room had the oder of mildew...i asked for them to clean it while I was out....returned 3 hrs later and the room stilled smelled. We I woke up in the morning my eyes were swollen shut and was having iching and swelling of my face. I will not stay inthis hotel again,,,

I have stayed here many times for sporting events, the staff is always friendly, the motel from entry to rooms is always clean...a great place to stay

The Best

My family has stayed at this hotel the last three christmas. It is one of the best we have ever stayed at. We have traveled a lot but this hotel is very consistant and the serves is fantastic

excellent place to stay!

my room was immaculate. this is one of the cleanest places in which i've ever stayed. the beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. the towels were also nice and fluffy. i would highly recommend this place. the breakfast was also good. it's also in a very convenient location close to a mall and several restaurants although it does sit back about a half of a mile from the highway and is a little difficult to find.

Very nice hotel, I have no complaints for this hotel. Close to food everywhere. This hotel is newest of them all and built so you have no highway noise.

The place was very, very, very clean.I felt at ease in my room not wondering if it had truly been cleaned.Throughout the hotel was also clean,the pool area and public restrooms in perfect order. The staff was actually friendly.The manager at the hotel remembered my name And my husband still talks about the waffles on the breakfast bar. they went out of their way during the continental breakfast to make sure it stayed tidy and clean. I will definately stay here again on my next trip to see my family.

Tops In Class

Negative: smoking by the entryway. But seems EVERYONE in KY smokes! Even at youth sports programs! Positive: Beautiful hotel, fantastic price. Rooms were spacious. Complimentary bottle of water and popcorn each night. Fantastic complimentary breakfast and a nice meeting room you can reserve. Close to freeway, food, shopping, movies. The BEST place to stay if going to Owensboro.
