WET CARPET !! We had 3 different rooms, all of which had just had carpet cleaned. Carpet was sopping wet and kids' socks were soaked. And our wet shoes slid on the pergo floors in Bath and Kitchen. This lasted for 2 days before carpet dried out. We didn't move because all of our things were unpacked in the room (3 day stay) before we discovered the wet floors. A third party in our group, who came in later that eve, was also assigned a wet room. They argued and were assigned a dry one. Why weren't we assigned dry ones up front?? I am extremely disappointed with Marriott Towne Place Suites in Albuquerque and their ineptness and lack of quality control.

My recent visit to the townplace suites in albequerque was a pleasure. We can not say enough about how wonderfully we were treated by the staff. Everyone we came in contact with seemed as if they truly appreciated our business. They were friendly and helpful. They even had us taken around town in their shuttle for errands when we did not have any transportation. My family and I enjoyed a two bedroom suite with the kitchenette that could not compare to any other suites we have stayed in for. It was clean, private, comfortable and very well priced. Being close to the airport I had concerns about the noise but could not here any planes from our first floor room. While sitting by the pool for our two day stay I only heard one plane overhead. There also was a lovely grilling area by the pool that was a great treat to have. Can not think of anything the three of us disliked or had a problem with at this hotel. Without a doubt we will stay there again on our next visit to New Mexico.

We Stayed in TownePlace just for a night to split our texas to las vegas trip. The room is very clean. The kitchen is likewise organized, they anticipated even our simple needs like dishwashing liquid. The beddings are clean and smell good. We will definitely go back if we need to stay again in this part of New Mexico.

This was my first time to Albuqurque and this place met all my expectations. Clean and spacious. The employees were very nice and helpful. I will definately stay here again.

I loved the two bedroom suites with fully furnished kitchen. I hates the extremely bad breakfast...just muffins in plastic which had to be taken back to the room to heat, or cereal. Nothing else. We tried to watch a pay per view movie, and the tv froze. Tried to watch it again a day later, same thing happened, and they charged us $10 bucks for it. We had an infestation of ants, which the one young girl at the desk was unable to help with. Maid service was supposed to happen daily, but it didn't,and we were charged full price with no consideration for these things that happened to us. The front desk was only concerned about THEIR cost, not about pleasing the customer. Would not stay there again.

We shared a 2 bedroom suite with another couple and it was great; spacious and very clean. You have a full size refrigerator, and stove in case that you wish to cook.

Everything about this place makes it almost feel like a vacation home away from home. Friendly people and comfortable accomodations make the stay here most enjoyable. Looking forward to returning.

I was impressed when I checked into a fully equipped suite with a kitchen and everything! The staff was great, very accomodating and friendly. They thought of everything! Loved it.

this hotel is minutes away from the airport and dining. our room was spotless and well equipped with a kitchenette. the hotel also has a laundry room, pool, and fitness center. the perfect place to stay for one night or one month.
