Stay away!!!!

It was a typical bait and switch. I had a confirmation but when I went to check in they said that the price was $50 a night higher than my confirmation and they would not honor my confirmation. When I disputed the rate on the check in sheet, the woman behind the counter was very rude and told me I could not dispute it, I must accept it or leave. I told her I would dispute it because I had a confirmation. She started screaming at me in front of my children and told me to leave the property immediately. She was totally irrational and a very hateful person. She also told my friend to leave and he and his kids were already in their room. Can you believe anyone in the customer service business would act that way!

Don't go here EVER!

I planned a fun weekend of skiing for myself and my husband. I called 2 times to confirm the reservation and price and each time they said the same price. When we checked out they charged us $80 more than stated. The girl at the front desk said she could not do anything about it and that I would have to call the manager the next day. I did that first thing in the morning and she, Kim Osborn, promised to fix the price and e-mail me a receipt. As of today, over a week later, they are still billing my credit card the extra $80 and have not emailed me a receipt. I've researched this hotel and see that they have done this to other people as well. I would not go back here ever. They are misleading and devious.

This Place has the WORST customer service

I made a reservation on-line. I called the hotel directly to cancel this reservation. They charged me for the stay anyway and will not return my phone calls so I can get my money back. I have left numerous messages for the manager and Owner. What a wonderful way to do business!

KEVEN-This is probably one of the rudist individuals I have ever come across.He alims to be the manager, I would question that. My family and I travel frequently and always try to find a Comfort Inn. In the future We will avoid these hotels and I intend to get the word out to other family members, friends and co-workers. I work for a very well known place in Lawrenceburg where I come in contact with the public every day. I am asked for hotel suggestions quite often and from now on all other hotels in this area will get my recemendation. Shame on you for hiring him.

Very clean and quiet. Not too far from the expressway to be inconvenient and far enough away to be quiet. On the outskirts of Lawrenceburg.
