Service? Where did it go??

The rooms are like new, but the service is lacking. I travel and stay at numerous Marriott's, but I had the worst experience at this one. First, I arrived at 7pm and they told me they were sold out even though I had a reservation. After I had to argue why I had a confirmation number for a room with the desk clerk, I was told "I should have arrived earlier and maybe I should try the Hyatt!!" They finally found me a room which they said was out of order but was just fixed. Then, I woke up to a fight in my hallway at 2:15am with a bunch of kids. I called the desk and was told "not to worry about it, and security was on their way". I finally got back to sleep at 3:00am. Needless to say, I will try the Hyatt my next trip to Louisville!
