5 reviews for Good Nite Inn Salinas, Salinas
The best motel ever
By Jana, 08/17/09
I stayed in this motel with my 4 friends. We each paid $14 for clean room, perfect service, pool, hot tub,wi-fi and breakfast. We were hungry at night, but it's not a problem to go by car to the nearest gas station, where are also low prices. I would definitely recommend this motel for your staying over night in Salinas, i have really good experience :)

It felt like a Rent-By-The-Hour Room
By Ashley, 11/19/08
The room smelled gross, like mildew, the carpet was disgusting, and it was cold. I called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket and the girl said she didn't have access to any blankets; house-cleaning had access but they leave for the night in the afternoon. Trashy!!!

We would never go back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/28/05
Several members of our family stayed there so we could attend a function in Salinas. Here is a list of a few of the problems we experienced -- plugged up toilet, not enough TP, no luggage rack, no coffee pot or hairdryer or clock. One room's door lock was broken and bathroom door frame was cracked. That same room had a cigarette burn in the blanket. Two rooms had mold in the shower grout. The first,non-smoking, room we checked into, smelled of smoke. We were given another room that the doors on the TV cabinet were held together with a rubber band.

Not as bad as the reviews led me to believe
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/15/05
We stayed 3 nights during MotoGP races and everything went fine. The room was a typical budget motel room, decently clean. No problems with check in or keys, staff treated us fine.

SemI-Ghetto
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/31/05
I have stayed here on many an occasion. Why I kept going back is still a question I cannot anwser. The overall area is on the verge of East Salinas and it seems the clientele there is also on the verge of ghetto. Although, I have from time to time had an okay experience. I would probably not recommened this motel to any of my new clients that are visiting here.
