it simply put is the worst hotel, motel, etc i have ever stayed in. years of touring making music and i have stayed in some real flea bags but this takes the cake! in the dead of winter the heat did not work nor did the hot water. and when i called downstairs to complain the own came up with a hostile attitude, accused me of breaking the shower, and refused to fix the problem or refund my moment. all this after i had only been there 3 hours. all at the low price of 110. 110 dollars!!!!! when easily this is a 30 dollars a night place. amazingly bad. the owner is a complete arrogant ass. i feel for the staff. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!! please head the warning! the shades don't close. the rooms smell of feet and old sex. disgusting!!! if there was a rating below awful i would pick that! i am actually trying to figure out if there is some kind of criminal charge i can bring against the place. do not stay here. it is nothing short of an insult and a disgrace!!!!!!

I came to philly straight from work from jersey so I was tired they put me in a room right next to a construction site and they were doing constructioin until about 1am I do not know of any place that does construction that late in the night and next to a hotel at that! I didn't like that the sink was not in the bathroom and they had a lock on the volume for the television and you could barely hear it next to all the construction overall it was clean the bagels at breakfast were soft and the staff was friendly but i wouldn't pay as much as I paid to stay here again I probably wouldnt stay here again

I'll start with the bad.... 1) Room 102 is (my room) adjoins the entryway. Hotel staff completely unaware or complacent about this fact as they were talking for many minutes. 2) Requested an extra bed, which was agreed on by check in agent. Bed never materialized. Night manager said it wasn't possible to get an extra bed so I slept on the floor. The following morning I double checked to make sure they were getting the requested bed. Good thing because the message was not passed on. The second night I did receive our extra bed. 3) Received a package in the mail. They didn't notify me. I found out I had been sent a package 1 day after arrival (sender contacted me). Upon request, customer service lazily stated they didn't get any packages. I said thank you and proceeded to make a call to acquire the tracking number which prompted the agent to get off her seat and check the mail. Then she asked me my name (while I was on the phone) and indeed found the package. The good: 1) Excellent location 2) Good value (aside from the noise) 3) Great wireless (I am writing this review from room 102 as I listen to lots of noise from hotel staff) Didn't try the breakfast.

Under no circumstances go to this awful hotel. The staff are stunningly rude. If they know that other hotels are full they will charge you far too much ans the rooms are like dungeons. Avoid at all costs.

I stayed back in august. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, no excess noise from other rooms. They have a very helpful staff, laundry service, and light things for a breakfast in the morning. The only bad thing about the hotel was, of course, parking but what do you expect for that part of philly.

I hate that you can see outside(rooms with no view of outside)...Not in the best area of center city, but great price. I stayed in this place twice...rooms are kinda small, but I'm only sleeping there.

inexpensive, but a great place to stay. The service was great.The room was nicely decorated,and the TV was fabulous.the location was near to everything i wanted to visit.

I was surprised by the service I recieved, it was an 8 on a scale of 1-10. My room was very clean the bathroom included. Even though it was located downtown Center City It was not as conjested as I would have expected (my stay was from thursday to saturday).

The bed is very comfortable, Staff are very nice. Located very close to china town, city hall, and museums. Price is especially cheap. But the parking is not free.

We stay there for 5 nights, we had save almost two hundred dollars from stay other hotel near the convention center. Although there was no fitness area or pool, but room was clean and beds are neat. And they also have wireless internet connection.
