Should have turned around and walked out before paying for a night
The so called Customer Service was terrible, my husband and I stood at the desk for a good 5 minutes before being greeted by a non professionally dressed drug induced female.
During our conversation she had to get the phone and was very short with the person she was speaking to, after a few minutes she asked this person if they needed anything else because she had some customers. She then proceeds to tells us about her conversation with this customer, (NOT) our business. Then she wants to go on about all the laundry she has to do and it wouldn't be so bad but she is a perfectionist, then tells us after flipping her hair and running her fingers through it over and over again how tired she is. She was wearing a ribbed sleevless T-shirt (not professional dress)
After quoting us an outragious price for a Friday night, I asked about our AAA discount...she could only give us $10.00 off which ended up being $124.27 for one night.
She tells us how to get to our room but neglects to give us our key, my husband said that would be nice except we don't have a key.
Then to top it all off she sticks us on a smoking floor. We had to go buy air freshner for the room. We will NEVER stay there again or recommend this hotel.
What happened to the QUALITY in Quality Inn?????
