Exceeded my expectations, Great value

Spent two nights on Pete Beach in room #13 at the Bayview Plaza. The room was much better than what I expected. My room looked brand new, two beds, a full kitchen, great bathroom, 32inch plasma TV with dvd player and did I mention the room was spotless. Definitely a hotel I would return to. Also the property is right on the water with great fishing, some people even brought their boats, and the beach is just across the street. Anoter great stay at the Bayview

This was our second stay at the hotel, and it was just as good as our first. The rooms were clean and the rates are unbeatable for all that you get. We always see the owners working on property and imporving the site, which makes us feel good about coming back. This time we noticed the new plasma tv in the fitness room, and the new deck for the fishing pier. This is our new home away from home.

Quiet boutique resort directly on the water

Bayview Plaza Waterfront Resort was a relaxing peaceful small resort. We had everything we needed; our room was a Bayfront with Balcony which included a Queen bed, full kitchen and balcony overlooking the water. We had a 1st floor balcony that opened right onto the water and fishing pier, because we fished it was more convenient for us. As a guest of the Bayview Plaza Waterfront Resort you are also a guest of the Bay Palms Waterfront Resort, so we were able to use the fishing pier next door as well as the pool. Both properties are well maintained and the rooms are clean. There were two people with boats as well, so if you choose to, you can bring your boat or come by boat. Next door there is a coffee shop and restaurant as well as many restaurants in walking distance. The beach and beach activities are just across the street. For a great fishing trip or just a quiet trip to read a book and watch for Dolphins and Manatees, the Bayview Plaza Waterfront Resort is perfect.

Wonderful Time as Always

This was our third time at the Bayview Plaza Resort and we always have an enjoyable stay. We like the bayside because of the great fishing and peacefulness. It is such a small property that you dont have lots of people around and you can truly just relax. Thank you Robert and family for another great vacation and well see you again later in the year.

Room with Private Balcony

We stayed for three nights in March 2006 and had a great time. We had room number #16, which had a king size bed, full kitchen, and sliding glass door with a balcony that overlooked the Boca Ciega bay. At first we really wanted to stay at the main hotel which is the Plaza Beach Resort, but they were full so we stayed here at the Bayview Plaza Waterfront Resort and glad we did. You get the sunrise in the morning; we had breakfast on our balcony and watched all the birds. The best was watching the pelicans dive into the water after the fish. We had a great time and hope to do more three day weekends in the future here.

Location, Great Value, Location

This was a great find, which we found on the Internet. The property is very small and private. Our room had a King bed, full kitchen, and a Private Balcony overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. There is a fishing pier you can use and that you can dock your boat. Also the property is just across the street from the beach. Everything is in walking distance, there is a great Italian restaurant next door called GiGis which I recommend. It doesnt get much better than this, and for under $100.00 dollars you cant go wrong. Well be back for sure.
