Where do I start...

We arrived in our FIRST room to find a dirty, rusting refrigerator...the balcony sliding door would not lock, the front door had obvious signs of a break in...we found a thong on the floor of the bathroom and a nightie in the fold out couch...they moved us and upgraded us to s second room on the second day...it was great, until the air conditioning went out...they fixed it with a shop vac until it went out again 10 minutes later...they moved us to a third room...the toilet ran constantly, but I wasnt about to complain after packing up all of our luggage, groceries, etc two times and moving from the 3rd to 2nd to 4th floor. The hotel's wireless internet can only be used in the tiki bar area...very slow and unable to connect from a room...I tried in all three. Hotel is dated and interiors need some major attention...paint, linens, carpet, furniture, fixtures and appliances.
Only serve breakfast on Sat/Sun..Parking is hard to find on weekends, even though all cars are suppose to display a hotel pass on rear view mirror.. This is not policed and no cars were ever towed...Fri/Sat nights good luck...the Tiki Bar patrons can park anywhere without parking pass and they take most of the hotel guest spots...we had to park a block away. Questioned them on this and they said if they were drinking they were hotel guest and could park there without a permit...did not seem right. Wouldnt stay here again, unless they change ownership, all employees go through a customer service class, interior gets a total makeover, etc...Location was the best part of this property.
