SHOULD BE CONDEMNED
By Harvey, 08/09/07
I made my reservation on-line. The owner/manager told me the rate was higher than the one I contracted for and he couldn't understand much of what I was saying anyway. There were no other rooms in the area, so I took it. The room itself was dark and musty. My wife has a seeing eye dog. The manager saw it and came running at me shouting we have to leave. I told him to stick it and that he was going to be sued. He said that's fine and offered me my money back.( I wish I had taken it then.) 15 minutes later he returned and said he called his boss and it was ok. The next morning the shower was nothing but scorching hot and could not be adjusted. The noise from the bar next door went late and seemed rowdy. The next morning I told him about the smell and the shower. He told me he was coming to fix the plumbing. I said I was leaving and demanded a refund. I was basically told in Indian to stick it. I would warn anyone who considers this place to stay away.

Disgusting -- Don't Go!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/07/07
This is absolutely the worst place I ever have stayed in in my life. The office staff was rude and unintelligible. The property should be condemned. The room was dirty and dimly lit. Carpet was filthy. Refrigerator grounded outlet was broken. Cable remote did not work. They advertised wireless internet, but it was not available. No ethernet, either. When I complained, the manager just handed me a "People PC" CD ROM to install in my laptop!! When I asked for an extra towel, the guy who brought it was like an Indian version of Lurch from the Addams Family. Scary place , I didn't feel safe at all. I would have left and found other lodging if it hadn't been so late at night. For $30 more dollars you can find someplace much better than this.

Don't reserve this property

We pulled in and found an old, run down motel. Not at all like the picture. The parking lot was all torn up. The office smelled. The manager was barefoot. We looked at the room and it was dark and smelled. It was old and run down. It was located behind a bar. We told them we wanted to cancel and didn't want to be charged as we could not put our family there. We were told that was "our problem".

Worst customer relations ever.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/30/06
My parents were planning to stay here one weekend and so they gave me the front desk number in case of an emergency. As it turns out there was a death in the family and I tried three different times during the course of the day to check in to see if they had arrived yet. On the third call (and last for the day, at 9 pm) the supposed manager blew up at me in the most irate and irrational manner and began blasting me verbally as though I was crank calling the place or something. After a spout of unintelligeable, mid-east accented cursing and babbling about the inconvenience my inquery was causing him (this is putting it veeeeerrrryyyy mildly) he hung up on me. So I called back to find out what the deal was and to complain about the lousy customer treatment, all I received was more of the same and worse. There was just no leveling with this owner/opperator as to what customer service in America is all about. Any other front desk probably would have offered to pass along a message after the second call. Anyway, I've never stayed here, never will, and hope my parents took one look at the place and went somewhere else. And after reading the other reviews, I hope no one ever has to suffer through all that this place doesn't have to offer.

Don't go
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/13/05
I have stayed at so many places over the years, but this is the one place I could not bring myself to stay in even after I paid. I lost over $100. But that mattered less than the condition of this place. It is a very old tract motor lodge with about 15 rooms. In back of a garage or something. The driveway was completely gone and it was only dirt. The Indian owners lived in the first few rooms at the back of the office and it was the dirtiest, smelliest place ever. It was so run down it should have been condemned. The room I was showed was a very small and dark place. The owner only had a low watt light bulb in the room either not to see the condition of it or to save money. I believe he gets his rental money sight-upseen. No one in their right mind would stay there after seeing it.
