Worst hotel management

this property is terrible. I arrived and the whole pool area was being jackhammered. When I complained they said I was welcome to go somewhere else. I asked for a refund and they refused since I had booked with hotels[dot]com. Since I had no money to stay somewhere else, nor the time to start driving around to find one (I did not have internet access) I had no choice but to stay there. The manager said they would refund me one night given the circumstances and they never did. Hotels[dot]com is never able to get him on the phone to help me process the refund. The room was disgusting.

think twicw about low cost

first thing to say is its a dump the owner has only had it for 3 months he dont want to put money into and its a fabulous old motel the second thing the lady manager discriminates big time i have the proof so im not talking trash im telling it like it is if you want a cheap hotel that's clean and safe not where the cops are being called everyday travel lodge is your best go.also motel 6

I loved this place....

This was the coolest lodge I have ever been to. It is an old building but has been renovated and remodeled. The pool was heeps of fun and the rooms were pleasant. The key is to get a non smoking room...

Awesome stay!

First of all Palm Springs is a beautiful city, the weather can get a bit hot in the summer but around April and May it is just right. This particular hotel is an old fashioned kind of place that was built in the 60's. The rooms are cozy and clean, the internet is free, the customer service is fantastic and the price was a bargain! Over all I had the most wonderful experience and a pleasant stay.

This place was gross and the pictures look nothing like the damn place. The office reeked of whatever they were cooking in the back which seemed like the family's home. i would never ever stay here again!! *barfs*

WE WERE THERE IN MUSIC FESTIVAL

if it was not for this place we would of had to stay in our car, every motel was booked, we got tto this place the manager triead to help us but he could not find a room anywhere this was about 2.30 am he said let me see if my reservation people are comming or not he went through all the trouble to get me a room there we was happy good bed clean rooms and he could of charged us $500. but we got a great deal, thump UP .

When I opened the door my room smelled like salami. There was no remote for the TV and the door to the connecting room was not locked. Staying there as a single woman that night, I went back to the office where the manager brought an entire bucket of remotes to my room (non worked) sprayed my room with some sort of vannila spray and left to find the maid's keys for the connecting door. He retuned and locked the door and had another remote which worked. He also tried to engage me in conmversation a little longer than comfortable as I was very tired. The batroom door would not shut and the tub dripped all night. But It was quiet,and the bed was comfotrable and I had hot water immediately. I your in a jam or short on cash this is a fine place to flop and shower.
