Nice Rooms for the Price

We went to Vegas for a tournament and these rooms were perfect for us. With the economy the way it is, the price of the room was right and we had the kitchen so we won't have to eat out every day. The rooms were very clean and staff was nice. The pool is not the biggest but there was not too many people in the pool so we had a chance to enjoy with our kids. I am going to stay here in my next trip to Vegas, very happy.

MORE THAN I EXPECTED

It's really a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen with dishes and a balcony. Way better than the pricey hotels I've stayed in. I loved it. Will always be my 1st choice of stay.

Great Value!

We stayed in the two bedroom suite. If you are looking for a clean place for a good value, this is great for families or a anyone else who is value minded, the kitchen was great, with the basics to whip up a meal. It was clean and close to the MGM Grand which is where we had our convention. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and helpful. S. Luna

not a bad over priced place to stay

nice location front desk staff pleasent although we had couple of problems with our room and we couldn't move it was a hot month in july in Vegas I must say and The A/c didn't work well we called to have a repair person it took over two hours and when the guy showed up his was drunk and still didn't to get it to cool down enough. Sad. maybe stay another time when staff isn't drunk and heat is bareable.

Nice place to stay, lousy staff

There were four of us in our party we love to come to las Vegas every year it is a wonderful fun city to enjoy, The hotel was nice very luxuious, but Our A/c didn't work and we had to move rooms, Once moved the A/c it that room did not work and the toilet was stopped up. who knows what was going on there. When we couldn'r move to another room we asked if it could be fixed. Front desk clerk Donna very helpful told us she would call a Maintenance Tech. and he would be at our room we waited two-three hours before the guy came and he was drunnk and compling to us he doesn't do aftern hours call on a wed.? we were hot, disppointed and angry. nice rooms, but louse service!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!!!!!!

I would recommend this place for anyone who likes to stay in Vegas but do not want to be caught up in the fast track of the strip. It's conviently locate next to an off strip casino that has movies, dining and (of course) gambling, you don't have to worry about traffic, the area is nice and quiet, and there are store located to where you are not paying the high strip prices (ie $2.50 for a bottle of soda). The room are like apartments which has all the ammenities of home which made it easier for me because I had the option to cook my meals, and the staff is excellent....especially the front desk...When you come to vegas, make this place an option.....

i won't come back

the staff was unwilling to honor special request. when we arrived the hall was littered with garbage bags and towels.no computer cable availiable. the room was clean.the location was great,but the staffs unwillingness to solve problems and unfriendly attitude will keep me from staying here next time i come to las vegas

I stay at the South Las Vegas Blvd location. The room is huge, the price is so affordable and it's clean. I highly recommend staying there. It's the best. I was there for 6 weeks.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!

I went to Las Vegas on an extended business trip and booked this hotel online. I liked the location (right across from the Orleans and close to the strip) and the price. When I checked in, the desk staff was very helpful and friendly and offered information on attractions that did not cost a fortune or require gambling. I was surprised to check into a room that was the size of my apartment at home! The suite was nicely furnished and very quiet! The kitchen was huge compared to other "kitchenettes" that I have stayed at before. Also, the appliances were full sized and I got pots and dishes! I was so happy because I don't like to eat out all the time and the refrigerator was a normal size and I could cook in my room! The bed was comfy, the room was cozy and it was all affordable! When I come back, I will definitely stay with Emerald Suites again!
