5 Star Price for a 2 Star experience

We had reservations here and when we checked in Iwe were told we were at the wrong location, (Inn, Courtyard share the same parking lot), so we thanking the gentleman and went a cross the way to the other building only to find out that we, again, didn't have the right location and, again, had to travel back to the other hotel, the young lady did call a head to inform the other of this mistake and we checked in. We were to have a gift with directions in our room but of course there was not. When we went back down to the lobby to inquire about the instructions he had not idea what we were talking about. After several minutes of conversation, he finally remembered and went in the back to retrieve these items. In the room, the thermostat did not work, the windows did not open, there was no fan in the bathroom, there were maybe six channels to choose from on the T.V. and all but one were sports, half of the phone book was missing, the desk chair was broken as well as the coffee table, but when check out time is noon, shouldn't your key card work till that time?
