Suburban Extended Stay Wash. Dulles/Sterling, Sterling

My family and I love Suburban because we have a toddler and we can bring her milk and not have to eat out for every meal. This is one of the nicest Suburbans we have been to, but the service was horrendous. We got the military discount and a deal for paying for a week. That first night I saw some bugs crawling on the wall. I killed it and blood came out of it. I moved the bed from the wall and there was more. They moved us to another room and that one had bed bugs too. During the move I forgot my suit in the closet. I call the front desk and they said they would find it. The never found it. I just got back from Iraq and also a disabled veteran and the suit I was suppose to wear to a VA appointment in DC. So I had to come out of pocket to buy another. We checked out 5 days early and got those days reimbursed. We got a new hotel without bugs and leave tomorrow to go back to Ft Hood, TX.
