Holiday Inn Exp Stes Chickasha, Chickasha

Best western charged an anonymous cleaning fee and banned us from their hotel! We went to Holiday Inn instead and their staff was so wonderful... you get free ice cream sandwiches, they let you slide on a few things if you're in a bind, they are very attentive to the concerns we had reguarding the room, it was very worth the extra $20 or $30. Their spa/jacuzzi is quite noisy but other than that I like the pool room (heated? urgh!). Their breakfast was enjoyable and calm. There are vending machines on every floor which is nice, and their beds, pillows and their rooms all together are just very nice. We signed up for the rewards and became priority club members. I am very glad we are associated with this hotel. Plan on staying again this week!

The room was nice. The service was great. It looked brand new, but has been open for a while - couldn't tell. The front desk was not manned very often, but they were very friendly.
