Perfect!!!
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in June, and it was perfect. We stayed in a Prestige Suite, which was roomy (2 rooms) and wonderfully decorated. The 2 bathrooms in our suite were spacious and the toiletries were very nice spa quality. The service was excellent, to include the babysitting service for our 2 year old. We were potty training our son and requested a potty seat cover in advance, and they produced it upon our arrival. The concierge also made dinner reservations for us each night at lovely scenic restuarants, and we had the best table in the restaurant every night. The pool was also very nice, although small. Before we went to Capri, I read a few reviews about this hotel that said that the pool was icy cold. This problem must have been remedied because the water was a nice temperature. The champagne breakfast buffet was extensive and everything was fresh; there was also a small menu from which you could order(crepes, eggs, etc.).
The location is beautiful, however if you have trouble walking, you might want to arrange for some sort of assistance up the hill to the hotel. The hotel picked us up at the port, but the shuttle can only take you to about 1/4- 1/2 mile away from the hotel, then you must walk (your bags are taken for you).
I can't say enough about this hotel, but it is obvious that you do pay for such great ambience and service. We paid about $1500 per night for our suite, so we did have high expectations- which were fullfilled.
