Awful Transportation Service

We found this Quality Inn more on the bottom of the scale in most areas. The initial night clerk was friendly and helpful. After that it was all downhill. The air conditioner grill was broken and rattled. the room was not dirty, per se, but didn't appear clean either. The worst came when we flew back in to the Philadelphia Airport. We called as soon as we got our luggage and walked to the pick up point. We called immediately and were told that the van would be there in FIVE minutes... after ONE HALF hour I called again.... Every person from our plane was already gone... Half the next plane had also been picked up.. only QUALITY INN had NOT shown up... We called again - this time saying we would be taking a taxi and giving the bill to them... they finally sent the van.. AFTER 40 MINUTES their shuttle showed up... AWFUL SERVICE on a cold night and we CANNOT RECOMMEND this QUALITY INN.
