Disney World Chaos

Started with an incomplete rental through Regal Palms, attempts to contact them for over an hour without response, inability to check in after such an ordeal, only to check into a Condo townhome with NO upstairs power. One an 1/2 hour later after much nagging with their inability to correct the situation, they decide to move us to another condo. We were moved 3 times before landing on an acceptable Condo. 12 hours and our entire 1st day were "shot". Thinking we could potentially gain some of this time back, we asked for a later check out...Guess what the answer was....yes, you guessed it...NO. Would not recommend, will never stay at this facility again...Did NOT live up to any expectation...The only person that provided any type of customer service...the maintenance man, Buddy Lowe. He should be running the place in our opinion. Thank you Buddy.
