Days Inn Sutter Creek, Sutter Creek

Everything was great... First time here and I was impressed. Front Desk Staff was very friendly. Excellent value, Very beautiful property. We will definitly stay here again.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience from the moment we pulled in to the parking lot. The staff was so helpful and knowledgable about the area, gave us plenty of ideas for things to do while in town. The rooms were quiet and spacious. The contenintal Breakfast was one of the nicest I have seen. They do a great Job!!!! We can't wait for another visit.

I've never had this happen before: when we checked in, there was urine drying on the toilet! We later discovered that the coffeemaker hadn't been cleaned; the old bags were still in the pot. After I'd told the lady in the lobby about the urine, she apologized and then said she'd clean it, which she did. But later when I went up to ask directions for something, she said, "Am I going to have to get a pad of paper?" (i.e. to list all of my complaints). That rubbed me the wrong way, as if she was implying that I was too much of a complainer for mentioning the urine. Perhaps she wasn't; her tone wasn't sarcastic. However, I think another motel might have been offering to refund all or part of my money. On the other hand, the room was very nice and very comfortable, and the price was decent. The location is great. We did the new bed and breakfast package, which was very nice.

spacious lobby, energetic, friendly staff, large rooms, comfortable beds, very clean...located right on 49, with in walking distance of town.
