priced right for it's value
Pro's - comes with an all you can eat hot breakfast in a large, nice dining room; saves money and time. 2 queen bed room and bath, hallways, are very spacious, nice beds, plump pillows, blankets wrapped in linens for cleanliness, rich colors, refer, micro, roomy table + chairs. Local supermarket next to Starbucks is out the road, left at light, cross into shp. ctr. Market has big To-Go hot and cold bars, bakery and drinks to have meals on hand in room. Staff is casual-but helpful and polite. Quiet, looks new, clean, a laundry rm., plenty of parking near exits. Cheaper rooms in town have bad reviews. This one is located on a loop road near 8 other lg. chain hotels at easy off-on- ramp to N./S Hwy # 14. Good stop if headed into giant LA freeways and getting tired. It's big country w/ long stretches. I saved time and money on food, so room is even a better value and in a safe neighborhood. Small cool off type pool. A very adequate, all your needs nicely met hotel. In 4 days I never saw more then 3-5 people in the pool nor did I use it. Your not paying for customized services. I'll go back and may use other Holiday Express hotels. AAA discount.
Con's - no lap pool, no poolside lounging/ service, this is not a spa hotel, it's a for busy people with things to do hotel. Breakfast breaks down minutes before the 9am cutoff.
