Shop Til you Drop

Hotel was right at BTC shopping district and off of US-50. Plenty of eateris nearby (Olive Garden & Steakhouse, etc..) The hotel has an outdoor pool and tight quarters for the breakfast bar (which doubles as the business center). Overall the rooms were clean, well staffed, but really small. ONly offered Queen Beds..I requested a King. My bathroom door (Rm 407) would not close properly...we complained but ended up folding up a piece of paper to HELP it close. More than likely will NOT return to this location.

Nice place, nice folks

Our experience (my wife & I) in a nutshell - amenities were limited but our studio was well-appointed, efficient and clean. Our 10-day stay was reasonably comfortable and uneventful - the location & convenience is great. Noises tend to travel a little too well, and the queen bed wasn't as big or cushy as I was used to. The breakfast goodies were nice but more variation would be nice. Parking space was often at a premium. The staff was great. My favorite memory was Deanna (the so-helpful evening staffer at the desk) and her fresh-baked cookies each night. Thanks, gal!

Wonderful place to stay

I stayed here when it first open, and the bedding, cleanliness, EVERYTHING was terrific. Free internet, free warm cookies, and the best down-like pillows and comforters. The location is right next to the large Town Centre shopping area. Very convenient location.
