Ideal for snorkelling novices.

Newly developed resort which needs to mature a little, but staff are fantastic and eager to please.
Beach has a natural lagoon to the right which is 1 - 1.5 metres deep, rich with coral and sea life, ideal for the novice snorkeller. To the left of the beach it starts out a bit rocky (quite slippery) after about 5 metres it drops down quite steeply, good for the more experienced swimmers.
Resort is nicely situated if you wish to cross over into Jordan or Israel, also handy for Mt. Sinai, Dahab, or more snorkelling or scuba diving trips.
only slight dislike is that with a new resort you find that the odd bit of grouting or stonework wants touching up, you will notice one or two ongoing repairs, but nothing major though.
Would like to go back to see how the resort develops over the years, it has a lot of promise. Night life was a bit non existant but if you like it quiet then its brilliant.
