The Fountains, Orlando

We loved everything about our stay. Our 2 bedroom suite was huge with an amazing balcony. The pool was great and the staff was amazing plus it is very close to Disney and Universal Studios!

We booked 3 nights the 4/6-4/9 and we needed to cancel the last night due to a death in the family. We paid in advance and were DENIED a refund. I explained the situation and even told them I would send them proof of the funeral plans. I realize they are in the business to make money, but they should allow some room in their budget to accompany their guest. Not to mention they say there resort is ***** (5 stars). Even with the of a 42+ million dollar expansion of pool with 2 slides, I would only give it a rating of *** stars. Our family has stayed across the street several times and were much happier with the rooms, the amenities, and the staff.

Our check in was good until we went to our rm and it was dirty and not done up- we called the front desk. They said "well come back down"-which required bringing down luggage-put it in trunk and back to check in No help and husband was handicapped Then another room that was satisfactory but again - no help when error was theirs. We sure didn't get good customer service . like a week at Marriot timeshare where a gift basket was sent to room after a delay in a service call

Great place with kids. Clean, they even do the dishes daily, huge units and great pool

This is a beautiful time share resort. Gorgeous and luxurious all the way through! Service was wonderful and ammenities are numerous. This place will keep you busy! I highly recommend The Fountains!

The accomodations may be more up to date than Solara Surfside in Miami, but the service doesn't come close to comparison. I am a Bluegreen owner; at the Fountains I felt like an owner, at Solara, I was made to feel like a guest. This is a very nice resort, but parking is especially troublesome, I found a roach in my bedroom and the trash from the room next door was left laying outside the door most of the day. Also, the staff left way too many messages on my phone; 5 in the 2 days we were there, very intrusive.

I liked everything about this resort. The indoor/outdoor pool, kids pool, clubhouse, arcade room, bar, piano, pool table, good food, and great rooms. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. If you choose this resort, you are choosing a real class resort and will not be disappointed. The Harper

The customer service was the BEST. I loved just about everything about this resort and will continue to come back!!! The resort had daily activities for everyone and the late night fire was romantic. The view of the sunset was breathtaking! The indoor/outdoor pool was lots of FUN (right next to the bar!)!! and ohhhh the 2 relaxing hot tubs were just the right touch!

Nice arrangement-convenient yet away from the crowd. the amenities are great and the units are decorated tastefully. Like having an on-site restaurant and a wonderful pool arrangement.

I loved it overall. My family and I stayed there while we were on vacation to see disney. We had found the perfect place to stay, The fountains. It was completely beautiful. The service was great, anytime we needed something they came immeadiately. The pool in my opinion is fantastic. There is alot of activities for kids and the family to do together. I quite enjoyed my stay there. As for cleanliness, the fountains is really well mantained and clean. So in my opinion stay at the fountains because youll love it and plus its a really good price for such a place.
