Only as a last resort

"crib" provided was more like a playpen than a crib. The desk called several times to ask if we wanted maid service, once waking up our 9 month old, which was not fun. The room had an odd smell, problably because it was next to a supply closet. The bedroom closet door was broken. The shower ran water on the floor because the curtain was too short. The only good thing was that they had breakfast in the morning and that there was a door dividing the room, so that the baby could sleep. Oh, and they tried to charge us for the "crib" after they said it was free when we arrived.
